1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product supplied is expired or shows quality issues upon arrival.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

For safety and hygiene reasons, herbal consumables that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are refunded only if the return was due to our error.

5. Replacements

  • If a product is eligible for replacement, we will ship a new item at no additional cost.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
